These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Vitality Health Advisors LLC (dba NovaVida Group) (“NovaVida,” “we,” “us”), the owner and operator of novavidagroup.com and the tools, calculators, forms, members areas and communications connected to it (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, submitting a form, texting or calling a number shown on it, or using an access code we give you, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy (including the text-message terms). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
NovaVida Group is the marketing name of Vitality Health Advisors LLC (dba NovaVida Group), a licensed independent insurance agency, FMO and general agency at 1300 Old Congress Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33409. We are not an insurance company: policies are underwritten and issued by the carriers we are appointed with. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by HealthCare.gov, CMS, Medicare or any government agency. Vitality On Demand (VOD) is a separate consulting company and is not an insurance agency; VOD’s services are provided under VOD’s own agreements. Our other websites post their own terms.
The Site serves Consumers (individuals, families and employers seeking coverage) and Agents & Agencies (licensed producers, agencies, FMOs/IMOs/GAs, TPAs and consulting clients). Sections tagged for one audience apply to anyone using that part of the Site; everything else applies to Everyone.
Articles, guides, state pages, carrier lists, plan browsers, calendars, calculators, commission tables, certification summaries and similar content are general information compiled from the sources cited where they appear. They are not insurance, legal, tax, accounting, medical or financial advice, and they are not a recommendation that any particular product suits you. Premiums, benefits, networks, eligibility, commissions and availability vary by state, carrier, plan year and application, and change without notice. Confirm every figure with a licensed agent and with the carrier’s or government agency’s own documents before relying on it.
Calculators and estimators (for example subsidy, life-coverage-need, funeral-cost and employer-benefit ROI tools) produce estimates from the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown; they are not quotes, tax calculations or guarantees. Employers should consult their tax and benefits advisers before adopting any benefit plan.
Statistics are dated and cite their sources; we update them periodically but cannot promise that every figure is current on the day you read it.
Medicare. We are a third-party marketing organization. We do not offer every plan available in your area; the Medicare disclosure in our footer and on our Medicare pages states how many organizations and products we represent in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options. Enrollment in a Medicare plan is subject to Medicare’s enrollment periods and the plan’s approval. Our agents document a Scope of Appointment before marketing appointments, and Medicare sales calls are recorded as CMS requires. “Medicare,” “Medicare Advantage” and related marks belong to their owners.
Marketplace. This Site is not HealthCare.gov or a state-based exchange. Premium tax credits and cost-sharing reductions are determined by the Marketplace based on your application; estimates on this Site are illustrations only. Federal rules require that we document your consent for an agent to assist you and your review of the application before submission.
Plan details, networks and drug coverage are in each carrier’s official documents. The phrase “no added cost” refers to our assistance; it does not mean a plan is free.
By submitting a form with the consent box checked, texting or calling us, you agree to be contacted as described in the consent and text-message sections of our Privacy Policy. Consent is never a condition of purchase and can be revoked at any time by any reasonable means. Calls may be recorded and monitored; we announce recording at the start of a call and, in states that require it, your continuing the call is your consent. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details or complete health histories through general contact forms; your agent will provide a secure method when a carrier requires them.
VOD services (licensing, compliance, commission reconciliation, back-office and consulting) are provided by Vitality On Demand under its own service agreement. VOD is not an insurance agency and does not sell insurance. Requests submitted on this Site for VOD are forwarded to VOD; no engagement exists until VOD and you sign an agreement.

The Site and everything on it — text, design, code, graphics, logos, the Romeu and Lilly characters, photographs, videos, audio, calculators, data compilations and the NovaVida Group, Vitality Health Advisors and Vitality On Demand names and marks — are owned by or licensed to Vitality Health Advisors LLC (dba NovaVida Group) and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and use the Site for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved. Carrier, platform and government names and logos are the trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify them. Statistics and public data cited from government or industry sources remain the property of those sources.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, e-mail Compliance@NovavidaGroup.com with the work, the location on the Site, your contact details and a statement of good-faith belief, and we will respond promptly.
The Site links to and embeds tools operated by carriers, enrollment and quoting platforms, government sites (such as Medicare.gov and HealthCare.gov), industry data sources and partners. We do not control those sites or tools and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, security or privacy practices. Their terms govern your use of them. A link is not an endorsement. Some pages display dynamic phone numbers and may use call-tracking, e-signature or consent-verification services provided by third parties.
Client stories and testimonials on the Site are from real clients and are published with permission; individual results vary and no result is guaranteed. If you give us a testimonial, review, photo or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit for length and display it in connection with our business, and you confirm it is truthful, your own and does not disclose another person’s private information. You may ask us to stop using it by e-mailing Compliance@NovavidaGroup.com.
THE SITE AND EVERYTHING ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY QUOTE, ESTIMATE, PLAN DETAIL, COMMISSION FIGURE OR STATISTIC IS CURRENT OR COMPLETE, OR THAT ANY CARRIER WILL ISSUE COVERAGE OR APPOINT A PRODUCER. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VITALITY HEALTH ADVISORS LLC (DBA NOVAVIDA GROUP), ITS OWNERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST COMMISSIONS, LOST DATA OR LOSS OF COVERAGE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, ITS CONTENT OR TOOLS, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR USE OF THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in these Terms limits the obligations that an insurance policy, a signed contracting or service agreement, or insurance law imposes on NovaVida or a carrier. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Vitality Health Advisors LLC (dba NovaVida Group) and its owners, agents, employees and affiliates from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or of any law, information you submit, your use of members-only content, or — for Business Users — your marketing, solicitation, client data and insurance transactions. This section does not apply to consumers where the law of their state prohibits it.
These Terms and any dispute relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and NovaVida agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction and either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Before filing a claim, you agree to e-mail Compliance@NovavidaGroup.com describing the dispute and to allow 30 days for us to try to resolve it with you informally. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the state where you live, or your right to complain to your state Department of Insurance.

If a page or tool is not accessible to you, call 561-339-0727 and a licensed agent will assist you by phone. The Site is published in English with pages in Portuguese, Spanish, German and Italian for convenience; if a translation and the English text differ, the English version controls, and policies, applications and these Terms are interpreted in English.
